My research unfolds through interdisciplinary processes that interrogate contemporary society, its contradictions, and its ruins, aiming to activate the participatory construction of new ecosystems.
ABOUT
Greg Jager (1982) is a visual artist based in Rome, whose practice transcends conventional boundaries. Through immersive installations, performances, abrasive soundscapes, visuals and editorial projects, his work explores erosion as a metaphor for the relationship between decay and the emergence of new coexistences. From this perspective, Jager investigates the role of otherness in shaping perception. Rooted in subcultures, his practice is deeply informed by theoretical inquiry, drawing from philosophy and anthropology to expand his exploration of space, identity, and resistance.
